摘 要:针对单一工艺流程难以全面控制铸坯洁净度的问题,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂提出了洁净钢生产过程中全流程系统控制铸坯洁净度的工艺原理及路线,全流程系统控制技术包括降低转炉碳氧积、提高RH精炼效率能够抑制内生夹杂的产生;采取滑板挡渣工艺、大罐下渣检测工艺以及钢包浇铸密封优化措施能够降低外来夹杂数量从而减轻后道工序处理夹杂物的压力;采用结晶器电磁搅拌工艺能够促进钢水中夹杂物的碰撞使其迅速长大并上浮排出。采用该系统控制技术后,冷轧缺陷率由1.96%降至1.30%。According to the problem that it was difficult to completely control the cleanliness of casting blanks in a single process,the principle and route of the system control process for the cleanliness of casting blanks in the whole process of clean steel production were put forward in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..So the system control process for the whole process included the technologies for reducing the product of carbon content and oxygen content and improving the RH refining efficiency so as to restrain inclusions generated inside.Then such measures as slag blocking process by feeding carriages,detection technology for discharging slag in a big pot and optimizing the sealing in ladle casting were taken to be able to reduce the number of foreign inclusions,which could ease the pressure of carrying out the inclusion treatment in the later process.On the other hand,using the electromagnetic stirring process in a mold could promote the collision of the inclusions in molten steel in the mold which could make these inclusions grow rapidly and discharge when floating upward.After the system control process was in use,the defect rate in cold rolling could be reduced to 1.30%from 1.96%.
