摘  要:疫情推动了教育领域的重大变革,加速了职业教育信息化进程,促进了线上线下混合式教学模式的发展。文章以湖南网络工程职业学院工商企业管理专业“管理学基础”课程为例,分析传统教学中存在的学生积极性低、学习效果难以保证、制约学生信息素养培养等问题,指出基于超星学习通的“管理学基础”混合式教学改革,能通过教学准备、课前预习、课中互动、课后检验、考核反馈等环节的实施,实现教学质量的提升。The epidemic has promoted major changes in the field of education,accelerated the informatization process of vocational education,and promoted the development of online and offline hybrid teaching mode.Taking the"fundamentals of management"course of business administration major of Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional teaching,such as low enthusiasm of students,difficult to guarantee learning effect and restricting the cultivation of students'information literacy,and points out that the hybrid teaching reform of"fundamentals of management"based on superstar learning can be implemented through the links of teaching preparation,pre class preview,in class interaction,after class inspection and assessment feedback,realize the improvement of teaching quality.
