摘 要:传统时频分析法在分析悬架系统非平稳随机振动时难以同时提高时频分辨率,无法精确分析其时频特性。针对非平稳虚拟激励法的关键问题,构造了一种新型非均匀调制函数,以提高悬架系统垂向振动特性的分析精度。利用该非均匀调制函数,建立车辆单轮非平稳虚拟激励通用模型;基于协方差等效法,解决前后轮变时差问题;建立1/2车辆动力学模型,求得车辆垂向加速度演变功率谱,获得高分辨率时频分布。仿真分析了匀速和变速两种行驶工况下悬架振动特性,并经过整车试验验证得到结论:车辆非平稳行驶时,速度的增加将扩大共振区范围。该特性可为提高车辆行驶平顺性提供理论参考。It′s hard to employ traditional time-frequency analysis methods to improve both time and frequency resolution when analyzing the non-stationary random vibration of suspension systems.Therefore,obtaining the vibrational characteristics,especially in time and frequency domain simultaneously has always been a key problem.This paper proposes a new non-uniform modulation function combined with the non-stationary pseudo excitation method to solve the previous problem.A general model of non-stationary pseudo excitation for a single wheel is established through the new non-uniform modulation function.Then,the difficulty in the time difference between the front and rear wheels is solved based on the covariance equivalence of stationary and non-stationary processes.Also,a half vehicle model is established,and the evolutionary power spectrum of the vertical acceleration is computed which shows a higher resolution distribution in time-frequency domains.Finally,two cases of vehicles traveling at constant and varying speeds are studied and the results show that when the vehicle travels at a varying speed,the increased speed will result in the expansion of the resonance range.Hence,this conclusion is of great value for improving vehicle ride comfort.
