摘 要:以辽春18号小麦品种为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,进行了氮肥配施木醋液对春小麦SPAD值、养分吸收积累量、产量及品质影响的研究。与未施用木醋液的对照处理相比,氮肥配施不同用量的木醋液均能提高春小麦的SPAD值,促进春小麦植株对养分的吸收积累,提高春小麦的产量和品质。木醋液用量为0.4 mL/kg时,春小麦植株对氮素、磷素、钾素和总养分的吸收积累量最多,与未施用木醋液的对照处理相比,分别显著提高(P<0.05)26.36%、72.86%、45.61%和31.26%。0.4 mL/kg的用量显著优于(P<0.05)未施用木醋液的处理,产量比对照处理显著提高了12.16%。0.4 mL/kg的用量蛋白质和淀粉含量较对照处理分别显著提高(P<0.05)5.47%和8.81%。在本试验条件下,氮肥配施不同用量木醋液均能促进春小麦植株的生长及对养分的吸收积累,增加叶片叶绿素含量,提高作物产量及品质,且当用量为0.4 mL/kg时效果最佳。In order to explore the effect of combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and wood vinegar on the chlorophyll content,nutrient absorption and accumulation,yield and quality of spring wheat under conventional nitrogen fertilizer rate,using the wheat‘Liaochun 18’as the test material,the effects of nitrogen fertilizer combined with wood vinegar on SPAD value,nutrient absorption and accumulation,yield and quality of spring wheat were studied through pot experiments.The results showed that compared with the control treatment without wood vinegar,the combined application of different amounts of wood vinegar with nitrogen fertilizer increased the SPAD value of spring wheat,promoted the absorption and accumulation of nutrients by spring wheat plants,and improved yield and quality.When the dosage of wood vinegar was 0.4 mL/kg,the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and total nutrients by spring wheat plants were the largest.Compared with the control treatment without wood vinegar,they were significantly increased by 26.36%,72.86%,45.61%and 31.26%(P<0.05).In terms of yield and yield components,the treatment with dosage of 0.4 mL/kg of wood vinegar was significantly better than the treatment without wood vinegar,and the yield was significantly increased by 12.16%,compared with the control treatment(P<0.05).In terms of quality,the treatment with dosage of 0.4 mL/kg of wood vinegar was significantly better than the control treatment,in which the protein and starch content were significantly increased by 5.47%and 8.81%,respectively,compared with the control treatment(P<0.05).Under the experimental conditions,different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer combined with wood vinegar can promote the growth of spring wheat plants and the absorption and accumulation of nutrients,increase leaf chlorophyll content,and increase crop yield and quality,and the effect the best when the dosage of wood vinegar is 0.4 mL/kg.
