摘  要:为探明荞麦根际可培养微生物的数量及种类,并从中筛选一批具有生物活性的微生物资源,本试验通过稀释平板涂布法分离荞麦根际微生物,采用对峙法、点接法、琼脂块法检测其抗菌、产淀粉酶、产蛋白酶及解磷活性。结果表明,荞麦根际土壤中细菌含量最高,约为6.2×10^(8) cfu/g,放线菌次之,真菌含量最低,约为3.7×10^(5) cfu/g。试验共分离到72株菌,其中放线菌39株、真菌18株、细菌15株,具有生物活性的菌株分别占比44.4%、12.5%、11.1%。具广谱生物活性的菌株分别属于链霉菌属、镰刀菌属、芽孢杆菌属,其中链霉菌属SG15同时具有5种生物活性。综上,荞麦根际存在丰富的微生物资源,筛选出的11株具有广谱生物活性的菌株可用于功能菌肥开发。To investigate the number and species of culturable microorganisms in the rhizosphere of buckwheat,and to screen a batch of microbial resources with bioactivity,we separated buckwheat rhizosphere microorganisms by dilution plating,and detected their antimicrobial activity,amylase activity,protease activity and phosphate-solubilizing activity by confrontation method,point connection method and agar block method.The results showed that the amount of bacteria in buckwheat rhizosphere soil was the highest as about 6.2×10^(8)cfu/g,followed by actinomycetes,and that of fungus was the lowest as about 3.7×10^(5)cfu/g.A total of 72 strains were obtained including 39 strains of actinomycetes,18 strains of fungi and 15 strains of bacteria,in which,the bioactive strains accounted for 44.4%,12.5%and 11.1%,respectively.The broad-spectrum active strains belonged to Streptomyces sp.,Fusarium sp.and Bacillus sp.Streptomyces SG15 had five activities at the same time.In conclusion,the buckwheat rhizosphere had rich microbial resources,and 11 microbial strains with broad-spectrum activity were screened out and could be used for functional fertilizer development.
