采用贝复舒联合玻璃酸钠方案治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的评估白内障患者手术后干眼症利用贝复舒联合玻璃酸钠进行治疗的效果。方法选取2021年1~12月入我院就诊的白内障术后干眼症患者82例,以计算机分组的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组单纯用药玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合贝复舒进行治疗,比较不同用药后的临床疗效、并发症发生率、OSDI、BUT、SIt值、FL、生活质量。结果观察组(38例,占92.68%)的临床治疗总有效率明显比对照组(31例,占75.61%)更高(P<0.05)。观察组(5例,占12.20%)并发症发生率和对照组(3例,占7.32%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前OSDI、BUT、SIt值、FL比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的OSDI、BUT、SIt值、FL改善效果明显比对照组更好(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的生活质量改善效果明显比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论临床对白内障手术以后出现干眼症的患者通过贝复舒联合玻璃酸钠的用药方案进行治疗的效果更好,可提升治疗有效率,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者的眼部指标,提升其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of beifushu combined with sodium hyaluronate for dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery(who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone,and the observation group was treated with pulmonary resuscitation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,OSDI,BUT,SIt value,FL,quality of life,etc.after different medications were compared for statistics Compare with.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group(38 cases,accounting for 92.68%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(31 cases,accounting for 75.61%),and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).The observation group(5 cases,accounting for 12.20%)and the control group(3 cases,accounting for 7.32%)compared with the control group(3 cases,accounting for 7.32%),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The OSDI,BUT,SIt values,the difference in FL was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the OSDI,BUT,SIt,and FL improvement effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference met statistical standards(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference met the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery through the combination of Beifushu and sodium hyaluronate has a better therapeutic effect,which can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient's ocular indicators,and enhance the quality of life.
