摘 要:目的将微课及翻转课堂教学方法在神经内科新入职护士临床思维培训中应用,探讨其应用的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8神经内科新入职护士,利用微课进行网络理论知识教学,在集中培训时采用病例分析讨论的翻转课堂方式,于培训前及培训3个月、6个月对神经内科56名新入职护士进行理论考核,培训前后由护士长对新护士进行实践考核,并让新护士对培训效果进行自我评价。结果观察组护士培训后理论考核3个月成绩(75.64±5.98)分、6个月成绩(92.64±4.07)分,较对照组3个月(68.21±6.20)分、6个月成绩(80.04±4.49)分有明显提升(P<0.01),本科学历新护士成绩提升较大专学历新护士更快。同时问卷调查显示,观察组新护士对培训方式、知识实用性及自我提升程度的满意度高较对照组有明显提高。培训后观察组新护士工作护士长评价成绩为20.57±2.08分,高于对照组(15.93±1.65)分,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用基于微课翻转课堂培训方式对新入职护士进行临床思维培训,有助于新护士临床思维能力的提升。Objective To find the effect of new nurses training by micro-coruse and flipped classroom model.Methods Select the newly recruited nurses in the neurology department from August 2018 to August 2020,use micro-lectures to teach network theoretical knowledge,and use the flipped classroom method of case analysis and discussion during centralized training,56 newly recruited nurses in the Department of Neurology underwent theoretical assessment.Before and after the training,the head nurse conducted a practical assessment of the new nurses,and asked the new nurses to self-evaluate the training effect.Results After training,the nurses in the observation group scored(75.64±5.98)and 6 months(92.64±4.07)in theoretical assessment after training,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(68.21±6.20)and 6 months(80.04±4.07)scores were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the scores of new nurses with a bachelor's degree improved faster than those of new nurses with a college degree.At the same time,the questionnaire survey showed that the new nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the training methods,practicality of knowledge and self-improvement than those in the control group.After training,the evaluation score of new nurses in the observation group was(20.57±2.08)points,which was higher than that in the control group by(15.93±1.65)points,and there was a statistical difference between the two(P<0.01).Conclusion The micro-coruse and flipped classroom model training is helped for the improvement of new nurses clinical thinking.
