摘　　要：实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的有效衔接是全面建成小康社会后的重大战略任务。高等学校作为党中央动员全社会力量参与乡村振兴工作的重要组成部分,应充分认识参与乡村振兴工作的重大意义,分析开展科技帮扶工作面临的问题与挑战,主动发挥自身科技优势,立足实际,在加强组织保障、强化动员引导、聚焦精准帮扶、注重力量协同等方面精准施策,推动高校一流学科和科学技术赋能乡村地区产业发展,助力乡村振兴。Realizing the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of the results of poverty alleviation and the revitalization of the countryside is a major task after the building of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.As an important part of social forces that the Party Central Committee mobilizes to participate in rural revitalization,colleges and universities should fully understand the significance of participating in rural revitalization,analyze the problems and challenges faced in carrying out scientific and technological assistance work,give play to their own scientific and technological advantages initiatively,and accurately implement policies in terms of strengthening organizational guarantees,strengthening mobilization guidance,focusing on precise assistance,and focusing on force coordination base on reality to promote the first-class disciplines and science and technology to empower the development of rural areas and rural revitalization.
