摘 要:文章研发的米勒循环1.0 T增压发动机升级优化了燃烧系统,应用和集成了多项新型技术,相比于原有的1.0 T直喷增压发动机,热效率由38%提升至40%。本发动机压缩比提升到12,采用了可变截面增压系统,并引入低压水冷EGR,使EGR使用范围可以涵盖全部工作区域,进一步改善了燃油经济性和降低了排放。本发动机还配备了电子水泵主动热管理系统,优化了发动机冷却系统;同时在原有两级可变油泵的基础上升级为全可变机油泵,以降低全区域的泵油消耗功;本改进型发动机和原型机对比,BSFC在全工作区域内得到了2%-7%的提升,最低BSFC为210 g/kW·h,热效率达到40%。The newly developed Miller cycle 1.0 T engine,upgraded and optimized the combustion system,applied and integrated a number of new technologies.Compared with the original 1.0 T direct injection supercharged engine,the thermal efficiency is increased from 38% to 40%.The compression ratio is increased to 12,the VGT system is adopted,and the low-pressure water-cooled EGR is introduced,so as to further improve fuel economy and reduce emissions.The engine is also equipped with an electronic water pump active thermal management system to optimize the engine cooling system.At the same time,the original two-stage variable oil pump is upgraded to a fully variable oil pump to reduce the power consumption in the whole region.Compared with the original engine,the BSFC is improved by 2%-7% in the whole working area,the minimum BSFC is 210 g/kW·h,and the thermal efficiency reaches 40%.
