摘　　要：色素痣是一种常见于颜面部等暴露部位的皮肤良性肿物,有恶变的可能。患者多因皮损影响美观而要求治疗,少数为防止恶变。色素痣的治疗方法主要包括手术切除、激光、冷冻、化学腐蚀等,但目前仍以手术切除为主,其中手术方式种类亦较多。不同的治疗方法和手术方式各具利弊,其选择需综合考虑多种因素的影响,特别是色素痣的大小。本文针对色素痣的治疗方式进行论述,旨在为临床医生的应用提供参考。Pigmented nevus is a kind of benign skin mass commonly found in exposed areas such as the face,with the possibility of malignant transformation.Patients are more affected by the disease and aesthetic treatment,a few to prevent malignant change.The treatment methods of pigmented nevus mainly include surgical resection,laser,freezing,chemical corrosion,etc.,but surgical resection is still the main method,among which there are many kinds of surgical methods.Diff erent treatment methods and surgical methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the selection of them should take into consideration the infl uence of many factors,especially the size of pigmented nevus.In this paper,the treatment of nevus is discussed in order to provide a reference for clinicians.
