摘 要:目的建立测定佛手中6种化学成分含量的一测多评法,并验证其可行性和适用性。方法采用超高效液相色谱法,以5,7-二甲氧基香豆素为内标,计算6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、橙皮苷、香叶木苷、水合氧化前胡素和佛手柑内酯的相对校正因子及含量。通过一测多评法和外标法对15批佛手中6种化学成分的含量进行比较,以检验一测多评法的适用性、准确性和可重复性。结合中药指纹图谱系统数据和聚类分析数据,就不同产地佛手间的差异性进行分析。结果一测多评法与外标法所测得的结果差异无统计学意义,指纹图谱和聚类分析数据表明分类情况与药材的产地分布情况基本一致。结论该方法准确可靠,可用于佛手的质量控制。Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components with single marker(QAMS)method for 6 components in Citrus medica and verify its feasibility and applicability.Methods 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin was used as the internal standard,the relative correction factors and contents of 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin,hesperidin,diosmin,oxypeucedanin hydrate and bergapten were calculated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.The content of 6 chemical components in 15 batches of Citrus medica was compared by QAMS method and external standard method.We combined traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint system data and cluster analysis data,and analyzed the differences in Citrus medica from different areas.Results There was no significant difference between the results measured by QAMS method and external standard method.The fingerprint and cluster analysis data showed that the classification was consistent with the origin distribution of medicinal materials.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Citrus medica.
