灭幽汤联合西药标准三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析灭幽汤联合西药标准三联疗法在改善幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染消化性溃疡患者胃酸分泌功能、症候中的效果。方法:选取竹溪县中医院2020年11月-2021年12月收治的124例Hp感染消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,并通过随机数字表法将124例Hp感染消化性溃疡患者分为对照组、研究组,各62例。对照组使用兰索拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林进行西药标准三联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用灭幽汤治疗,对照组、研究组均治疗2周。比较对照组、研究组治疗2周后的临床疗效,治疗前、治疗2周后的中医症候积分、胃酸分泌功能,治疗期间的安全性。结果:治疗2周后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(91.94%vs 77.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,治疗2周后,对照组、研究组胃脘疼痛、口干口苦、胸胁胀闷、食少纳差、反酸嗳气评分、高峰胃酸分泌量(PAO)、最大胃酸分泌量(MAO)、基础胃酸分泌量(BAO)水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:灭幽汤联合西药标准三联疗法能抑制Hp感染消化性溃疡患者胃酸的分泌,缓解患者中医症候,疗效及安全性良好,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Mieyou Decoction combined with standard triple therapy of western medicine on improving gastric acid secretion function,symptom of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 124 patients with Hp-infected peptic ulcer admitted to Zhuxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the 124 patients with Hp-infected peptic ulcer were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,each with 62 cases.The control group was treated with Lansoprazole,Clarithromycin,and Amoxicillin for standard western medicine triple therapy,and the study group was additionally treated with Mieyou Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both the control group and the study group were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the control group and the study group after 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,gastric acid secretion function before and after 2 weeks of treatment,and the safety during treatment were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(91.94%vs 77.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,the control group and the study group epigastric pain,dry mouth and bitter taste,fullness in the chest and flank,poor appetite,acid reflux and belching scores,peak acid output(PAO),maximun acid output(MAO),and base acid output(BAO)levels decreased,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mieyou Decoction combined with standard triple therapy of western medicine can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with Hp infection peptic ulcer.It has good efficacy and saf
