康复新液联合兰索拉唑三联疗法对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究康复新液+兰索拉唑三联疗法对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法92例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,以入院顺序奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用兰索拉唑三联疗法治疗,观察组对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗4周后微血管网情况、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的86.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组规则血管网占比为84.78%,高于对照组的60.87%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为89.13%(41/46),与对照组的84.78%(39/46)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者应用兰索拉唑三联疗法联合康复新液治疗,可提升治疗效果、改善胃黏膜质量,治疗安全性良好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with lansoprazole on peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 92 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage as the research subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group by admission sequence parity method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lansoprazole triple therapy,and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,microvascular network after 4 weeks of treatment,eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 86.96%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the proportion of regular vascular network in the observation group was 84.78%,which was higher than 60.87%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 89.13%(41/46),and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 84.78%(39/46)in the control group(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed during treatment in both groups.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,lansoprazole based triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of gastric mucosa,and the treatment safety is good.
