表柔比星联合多西他赛或紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨表柔比星联合多西他赛或紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌的效果。方法118例乳腺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各59例。对照组使用表柔比星联合紫杉醇治疗,观察组使用表柔比星联合多西他赛治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物与卡氏(KPS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为79.66%,高于对照组的62.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、皮疹、肌肉疼痛、呼吸困难发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组腹泻、贫血、面部潮红、血小板减少、白细胞减少、静脉炎、谷草转氨酶升高发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平分别为(7.21±1.05)ng/ml、(10.32±3.19)U/ml、(21.27±5.63)U/ml,均低于对照组的(8.19±1.96)ng/ml、(24.51±6.17)U/ml、(43.18±9.86)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组KPS评分(81.65±5.73)分高于对照组的(74.32±5.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论表柔比星联合多西他赛治疗乳腺癌的效果更好,对肿瘤的抑制力更强,能有效降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,不良反应发生率相对较少,提高生存质量。Objective To discuss the effect of epirubicin combined with docetaxel or paclitaxel in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods A total of 118 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epirubicin combined with paclitaxel,and the observation group was treated with epirubicin combined with docetaxel.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,serum tumor markers and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.66%,which was higher than 62.71%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea and vomiting,rash,muscle pain and dyspnea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of diarrhea,anemia,facial flushing,thrombocytopenia,leukopenia,phlebitis,and elevated aspartate aminotransferase(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the observation group were(7.21±1.05)ng/ml,(10.32±3.19)U/ml and(21.27±5.63)U/ml,which were lower than(8.19±1.96)ng/ml,(24.51±6.17)U/ml,and(43.18±9.86)U/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score(81.65±5.73)points of the observation group was higher than(74.32±5.48)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Epirubicin combined with docetaxel has good effect in the treatment of breast cancer,and has stronger inhibitory effect on tumors,which can effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers and improve the quality of life,with relatively low incidence of adverse reactions.
