福沙匹坦三联用药预防高致吐性化疗方案所致恶心呕吐的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的分析对于接受高致吐性化疗方案患者采用福沙匹坦三联用药对于预防恶心呕吐的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法100例接受高致吐性化疗方案(含铂类顺铂、奈达铂、奥沙利铂)的癌症患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。对照组患者接受托烷司琼+地塞米松治疗,观察组患者接受福沙匹坦+托烷司琼+地塞米松治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的恶心呕吐预防效果及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者恶心预防总有效率为86.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者呕吐预防总有效率为84.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应发生率为12.00%,与对照组的14.00%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为接受高致吐性化疗方案患者提供福沙匹坦三联用药方案可有效预防其化疗相关恶心呕吐的发生,且用药安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and medication safety of fosaprepitant triple therapy for prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by highly emetogenic chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 cancer patients who received highly emetogenic chemotherapy regimen(platinum-containing cisplatin,nedaplatin,oxaliplatin)were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received tropisetron combined with dexamethasone treatment,and patients in the observation group received treatment with fosaprepitant,tropisetron and dexamethasone.The preventive effect of nausea and vomiting after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nausea prevention in the observation group was 86.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of vomiting prevention in the observation group was 84.00%,which was higher than 64.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during medication was 12.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 14.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Fosappitan triple regimen can effectively prevent the occurrence of nausea and vomiting induced by highly emetogenic chemotherapy with high medication safety.
