银杏叶滴丸联合小剂量氯氮平治疗老年慢性精神分裂症的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价老年慢性精神分裂症患者使用银杏叶滴丸联合小剂量氯氮平治疗的临床效果。方法80例老年慢性精神分裂症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用小剂量氯氮平治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用银杏叶滴丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分,不同时间阴性和阳性症状评分及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分,治疗后生活质量评分,治疗效果,不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,实验组MMSE评分和ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组阴性和阳性症状评分及PANSS总分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8、12周后,实验组阴性和阳性症状评分及PANSS总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组情感职能、精神健康、社会功能评分分别为(39.22±3.03)、(43.71±1.49)、(38.37±2.06)分,明显高于对照组的(32.15±2.30)、(35.17±3.35)、(32.12±3.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性精神分裂症使用银杏叶滴丸联合小剂量氯氮平治疗效果更佳,可明显改善患者临床症状及生活质量,且不良反应少,值得临床积极应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yinxingye dripping pills combined with low-dose clozapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose clozapine,and the experimental group was treated with Yinxingye dripping pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of scores of minimental state examination(MMSE)and activities of daily living(ADL)before and after treatment,negative and positive symptom scores and total positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)scores at different time points,quality of life score,therapeutic effect,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the MMSE score and ADL score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the negative and positive symptom scores and total PANSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the negative and positive symptom scores and total PANSS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional function,mental health and social function scores of the experimental group were(39.22±3.03),(43.71±1.49),and(38.37±2.06)points,which were significantly higher than(32.15±2.30),(35.17±3.35),and(32.12±3.48)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.50%of the experimental group was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low
