摘  要:在突发公共卫生安全事件背景下,研究绿色供应链中制造商的最优决策问题。利用加法形式需求函数刻画市场需求,并结合数据进行仿真分析。研究发现:当绿色技术水平外生,且在突发事件后能够保证资金正常投入技术研发时,制造商购买原材料的最优数量和最优销售价格都只与绿色技术水平有关;当销售价格外生时,制造商投入的绿色技术水平与实际单位成本一阶导数的零点有关,且受突发事件的影响,零点的具体数值会变小;当订购原材料数量外生时,制造商的利润和销售价格都与绿色技术水平呈正相关关系,且随绿色技术水平的提升而增加,但受突发事件影响,绿色技术的投入不能一直增加。In the context of public health emergencies,the optimal decision of manufacturers in green supply chain is studied.The additive demand function is used to describe the market demand and the simulation analysis is made based on data.The results show that when the green technology level is exogenous and the capital can be normally invested in technology research and development after an emergency,the optimal quantity and the optimal sales price of raw materials purchased by manufacturers are only related to the green technology level;when the sales price is exogenous,the input green technology level of the manufacturer is related to the zero of the first derivative of the actual unit cost,and the specific value of the zero will be smaller under the influence of emergencies;when the quantity of ordered raw materials is exogenous,the profit and sales price of the manufacturer are positively correlated with the level of green technology,and increase with the improvement of the level of green technology.However,the investment of green technology cannot always increase due to emergencies.
