摘 要:针对制造商主导的以旧换新业务,考虑第三方回收商参与以旧换新,构建制造商委托零售商、委托第三方回收商以旧换新闭环供应链回收模型,对比分析制造商主导的以旧换新产品定价与回收渠道选择问题。研究发现:制造商委托零售商开展以旧换新业务时,零售商会提高产品的销售价格;市场中再次消费者的比例和旧产品的评价折扣对制造商的利润有显著影响;当再次消费者对旧产品的评价折扣较低,且市场中再次消费者的比例较大时,制造商应委托零售商进行以旧换新业务,反之,制造商应委托第三方回收商进行以旧换新业务。For the manufacturer-led trade-in business,considering third-party recyclers participating in trade-in,this paper establishes a closed-loop supply chain recycling model for trade-in products from manufacturers commissioning retailers and commissioned third-party recyclers,and compares and analyzes the manufacturer-led trade-in product pricing and recycling channel selection issues.The study found that when manufacturers commission retailers to carry out trade-in business,retailers will increase the sales price of products;the proportion of re-consumers in the market and the evaluation discount of old products have a significant impact on the manufacturer s profits;when re-consumers have low evaluation discounts on old products,and the proportion of re-consumers in the market is large,manufacturers should choose retailers to carry out trade-in business,otherwise manufacturers should choose third-party recyclers to carry out trade-in business.
