摘　　要：《植物营养与施肥》课程是农业资源与环境专业本科生的专业骨干课程之一。从课程内容设置、学生和教师等角度分析在《植物营养与施肥》课程教学与实践中存在的问题,提出相应教学改革建议,旨在提高教学质量和改善教学效果,为培养适应社会发展需要、具有创新精神和实践能力的高水平农林人才奠定基础。Plant Nutrition and Fertilization is one of the main courses for undergraduates majoring in agricultural resources and environment.In this paper the author analyzed the problems existing in the teaching and practice of Plant Nutrition and Fertilization from the perspective of curriculum content setting,students and teachers,and puts forward the corresponding teaching reform suggestions,so as to improve the teaching quality and effects,and lay the foundation for cultivating out-standing agricultural talents whom could meet the needs of social development and have innovation spirit as well as practice ability.
