摘　　要：目的:探讨枳术颗粒辅助标准四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法:选取佛山市南海区人民医院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的Hp阳性CAG患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组进行标准四联疗法治疗,观察组在其基础上予以枳术颗粒辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总治疗有效率及Hp根除率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃黏膜胃黏膜病变情况评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及胃动素(MTL)均明显降低,胃泌素(GAS)明显提高,且观察组变化更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗期间药物不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枳术颗粒辅助标准四联疗法治疗Hp阳性CAG的效果显著,可提高Hp的根除率,调节胃肠激素水平,抑制炎性因子合成与分泌,加快患者胃黏膜病变修复,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhizhu granule assisted standard quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method:A total of 80 patients with Hp positive CAG treated in the People’s Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with standard quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhizhu Granule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pathological score of gastric mucosa,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and motilin(MTL)in the two groups were significantly decreased,the gastrin(GAS)in the two groups was significantly increased,and the changes were more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse drug reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhizhu Granule assisted standard quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp positive CAG,which can improve the eradication rate of Hp,help regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,inhibit the synthesis and secretion of inflammatory factors,and accelerate the repair of gastric mucosal lesions,with high safety.
