摘 要:为研究路内停车对动态交通和路段通行能力与行人过街安全的影响,选取4处典型路段,对交通流量、速度、车头时距及视距等参数进行统计.基于车道有效宽度折减及可接受间隙理论,分别构建路内停车对路段通行能力的两类影响模型.从停车视距的角度,得到路内停车区末端至人行横道的安全距离.利用实际调查数据,进行通行能力计算与行人过街安全性分析.研究表明:在车流平均速度处于30~40 km/h且有车辆合流行驶条件下,停车后横向剩余宽度够两条车道调剂使用时,按车道有效宽度折减计算,每条车道的通行能力较基本通行能力减少12.5%;剩余宽度不足两车道时,按可接受间隙理论计算,通行能力较一条车道减少22.5%,且车道有效宽度、最外侧车道及其相邻车道的交通量对路段通行能力具有显著影响;视距条件是确保该类路段行人过街安全性的关键因素,考虑最不利条件,路内停车泊位应在人行横道上游安全距离以外设置.In order to explore the influence of curb parking on dynamic traffic,the influences on road capacity and pedestrian crossing safety are studied.For four road segments selected with curb parking,some traffic parameters were investigated and counted,such as traffic flow volume,speed,headway and sight distance.Based on reduction of lane effective width and the gap acceptance theory,two kinds of effect models of curb parking on road capacity were constructed respectively.Considering the stopping sight distance,the influences of curb parking on pedestrian crossing safety were analyzed,and the safety distances from the terminus of curb parking zone to the crosswalk were obtained.Using the investigation data,both the capacity and pedestrian crossing safety were calculated and analyzed.The research indicates when the average speed of traffic flow is between 30 km/h and 40 km/h with vehicle merging,the capacity of each lane is reduced by 12.5%compared with the basic capacity according to the effective width reduction of lane theory.When the lateral remaining width after parking is enough for two lanes to be used,the capacity of lane is reduced by 22.5%compared with the basic capacity according to the acceptable gap theory when the remaining width is less than 2 lanes.It is indicated that the lane effective width of road segment,traffic flow volumes of outside lane and its adjacent lane has significant influences on road capacity.The condition of sight distance is the key factor to ensure the safety of pedestrian crossing.Considering the most unfavorable conditions,the berth of curb parking should be set outside the safe distance upstream of the crosswalk.
