摘 要:目的:探讨医生使用医院医保基金智能监管系统的满意度情况及其影响因素,为提高医生使用体验提供参考。方法:基于医保智能监管系统满意度调查问卷,运用结构方程模型构建医院医保基金智能监管系统满意度模型。结果:医生对系统满意度评分为(3.96±0.70),感知有用性、感知质量和感知价值均对系统满意度有显著正向影响(P<0.01),计算机自我效能对感知易用性有正向显著影响(P<0.01),感知期望对系统满意度有显著负向影响(P<0.01)。结论:目前医生群体对医保智能监管系统的期望较低,满意度较高,对系统满意度影响最大的因素为感知有用性和感知质量。Objective:To explore the doctors'satisfaction of intelligent supervision system of medical insurance in hospitals and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for improving doctors'use experience.Methods:Based on the satisfaction questionnaire of intelligent supervision system of medical insurance,this study used structural equation modeling to construct intelligent supervision system of medical insurance fund mode.Results:The score of doctors'satisfaction with the system was(3.96±0.70),perceived usefulness,perceived quality and perceived value had a significant positive impact on system satisfaction(P<0.01),computer self-efficacy had a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use(P<0.01),and perceived expectation had a significant negative impact on system satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusion:Doctors have low expectation and high satisfaction to the intelligent supervision system of medical insurance,and the most influential factors to the satisfaction of the system are perceived usefulness and perceived quality.
