自研温度传感芯片在智慧农业中的示范应用

摘　　要：温室蔬菜大棚作为农业生产的重要基础设施,是“智慧农业”的一个重要组成部分。为此,文中设计一种基于自主研发的数字温度传感器芯片IC2031测温系统。相比于传统的模拟温度传感器测温方案,该系统可显著提高电路的抗干扰能力,并简化主控电路结构。系统主控单元采用STM32单片机作为控制核心,通过SMBus通信接口读取传感器芯片测温值,并显示在液晶模块中。同时,STM32通过串口和WiFi模块进行数据的有线和无线传输,配合PC端的温度监控软件可对大棚内各测温节点进行监测和统计。实验结果表明,IC2031温度传感器芯片具有准确、稳定的测温数据,该测温系统可有效解决温室大棚中测温不便、统计难度大等问题。As an important infrastructure for agricultural production, vegetable greenhouse has naturally become an important part of wisdom agriculture. On this basis,a temperature measurement system based on the self-developed digital temperature sensor chip IC2031 is designed. In comparison with the traditional temperature measurement solution with analog temperature sensor,this system can significantly improve the anti-interference ability of the circuit and simplify the main control circuit structure. In the main control unit,the STM32 single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core to read the temperature measurement value of the sensor chip by means of the SMBus communication interface,and display it in the LCD module. At the same time,STM32 can perform the wired and wireless data transmission by means of the serial port and WiFi module,and can cooperate with the temperature monitoring software on the PC side to monitor and count the temperature measurement nodes in the greenhouse. The experimental results show that the IC2031 temperature sensor chip can obtain accurate and stable temperature measurement data,and can effectively deal with the inconvenient temperature measurement and statistics difficulty in the greenhouse in combination with the temperature measuring system.
