基于多元线性回归的农林企业知识管理绩效评价研究

摘　　要：为了对农林企业知识管理绩效评价进行深入的探究,提高其知识管理的有效性,采用BSC、多元线性回归等方式,对100家农林企业的评价体系、指标权重等进行分析.研究结果显示,农林企业知识管理绩效评价的主要指标包括所有权性质、企业家文化程度、地理位置、企业规模、多元化经营,其中企业规模对知识管理绩效的影响最大,企业规模的回归系数为0.015.这显示出学习成长维度与企业规模在两方面对知识管理起着决定性的作用,本研究构建的农林企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系具有较强的适用性与有效性.In order to deeply explore the performance evaluation of knowledge management in agricultural and forestry enterprises and improve the effectiveness of knowledge management,the evaluation system and index weight of 100 agricultural and forestry enterprises are analyzed by means of balance score card(BSC)and multiple linear regression.The results show that the main indicators of knowledge management performance evaluation of agricultural and forestry enterprises include the nature of ownership,entrepreneur education,geographical location,enterprise scale and diversified operation.Among them,enterprise scale has the greatest impact on knowledge management performance,and the regression coefficient of enterprise scale is 0.015.This shows that learning growth dimension and enterprise scale play a decisive role in knowledge management.The performance evaluation index system of knowledge management in agricultural and forestry enterprises constructed in this study has strong applicability and effectiveness.
