摘 要:介绍了膜式管排拼排焊机电气控制系统的设计方案。该方案以西门子PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为人机界面构成一个控制系统,通过PROFIBUS总线网络实现对焊机电源及焊接参数的控制,利用触摸屏实现数据的设定、调节、显示和存储。本设计采用伺服系统实现焊接速度的精准与稳定控制,利用编码器及直线尺实现焊接长度的检测及焊接位置的定位与控制。该控制系统实用强、可靠性高、维护方便,对类似的工业控制场合具有一定的借鉴参考意义。This paper introduces the design scheme of the electrical control system of the membrane pipe array welding machine.The control system is composed of Siemens PLC as the control core and touch screen as the man-machine interface.The control of welding power supply and welding parameters is realized through PROFIBUS bus network,and the data setting,adjustment,display and storage are realized by touch screen.In this design,servo system is used to realize accurate and stable control of welding speed,encoder and linear ruler are used to detect welding length and position and control welding position.The control system is practical,reliable and easy to maintain,which has a certain reference significance for similar industrial control occasions.
