护理专业“专接本”教学模式改革实践

摘　　要：针对护理专业“专接本”教学中出现的部分学生适应性转换困难、工学矛盾突出、教学内容存在交叉重复或衔接不够以及考核评价方式单一等问题,泰州职业技术学院采取新生入学专业教育时,明确学历提升目标规划;合理调整教学进度,提前融入社会大自考;整合教学内容,促进“专”与“本”科的深度衔接;优化教学设计,适应接本学生的特点;改革教学评价,打造多方参与的科学评价体系等教改措施。实践证明,“专接本”教育教学模式的改革既可以提高学生的学习效果,又可以提升教师的教学能力和学校的知名度以及用人单位的认可度。It is clear that students in major of nursing are faced with some problems such as adaptability to new identities,conflicts between work and study,the repetitiveness and insufficient connection of course content and the monotonousness of teaching evaluation when they are located in the stage of convergence between junior college and undergraduate.To address these problems,Taizhou Polytechnic College organizes post-entry education for freshmen so as to help their career planning.Meanwhile,it is necessary to reasonably adjust teaching schedule,integrate the course content and optimize instructional design and teaching evaluation.Surely,such reforms could enhance students'learning effects.Also,it is helpful to improve teachers'teaching abilities and increase college's reputation.
