摘 要:随着政府对于义务教育阶段的教育培训实施严格监管,成人培训成为资本角逐的新热点,但是社会上普遍存在对成人培训能否提高能力的质疑。基于中国家庭追踪调查数据,应用心理学的“大五人格”测量体系衡量个体的非认知能力,实证检验了我国成人培训对于非认知能力的影响。研究表明:一是成人培训对于非认知能力具有显著的提升作用;二是进一步分析发现,参加成人培训能够让人更容易与他人合作,更宽容和信任,更善于社交,同时,在决断力和领导力方面有所提升,并且可以提高工作时的条理性、审慎心和创造性思维;三是采用Heckman两阶段模型对个体选择性偏误进行修正后的结果依然稳健。研究结论对于政府提供农民工培训补贴以及制定对于成人培训机构的监管政策提供理论支撑。With the government’s strict supervision of education and training from kindergarten to senior high school,adult training has become a new hot spot of capital competition.However,there are widespread doubts about whether adult training can improve their abilities.Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies,this study applies the“Big Five Personality”measurement system of psychology to measure individual’s non-cognitive ability,and empirically tests the influence of adult training on non-cognitive ability in China.The following conclusions are drawn from the research.Firstly,adult training can significantly improve non-cognitive ability;Secondly,according to further analysis,taking part in adult training can make it easier for people to cooperate with others,be more tolerant and trusting,and be more sociable.At the same time,it can improve their determination and leadership,organization,prudence and creative thinking at work.Thirdly,Heckman’s two-stage model is used to correct the individual selective bias,and the result is still stable.The conclusions of the research provide theoretical support for the government in granting training subsidies to migrant workers and making supervision policies for adult training institutions.
