摘 要:从教授治校到教授治学的演变,国内大学似乎探索出了一条适合国情的高校治理模式,但事实上由于先天性缺陷和后天性因素的影响,教授治学缺乏长期存在的土壤和良好发展的必要条件。片面强调校长治校、教授治学(治校)无疑将西方观点生硬套用,从而将高校管理推向两个极端。走向校长—教授共治才是当下国内高校管理应当的目标与路径,它符合教师自我承诺变革的内在动因,有助于解决高校内的非配置低效率问题,这是一种分布式领导的观点。From Professor Governance to Professor Scholarship, domestic universities seem to explore a model of university governance that suits Chinese national conditions. However, Professor Scholarship lacks long-standing soil and necessary conditions for good development due to the influence of congenital defects and acquired factors. One-sided emphasis on Professor Governance,Professor Scholarship(professor governance) undoubtedly applies the Western views rigidly. Thereby, university management has been driven to two extremes. Co-governance of President and Professor is the main goal and path for domestic university management nowadays, which is suitable for internal motivation of teachers’ self-commitment reform and helps to solve the problem of non-configuration inefficiency in universities. This is a view of distributed leadership.
