摘 要:学生评教制度衍化已然取悦了纯粹的教与学关系。以委托代理理论中“委托—代理—客户”模型对体育类专业教育场域三方利益主体间的关系进行剖析,采用访谈法、实地考察法、逻辑分析等研究方法对体育类专业术科评教分数与学生期末成绩之间的因果关系进行梳理,进一步考察具体原因。差异格局特性引发体育类术科教学相“涨”,并且在多级委托代理关系中产生“道德风险”,造成学生评教利益主体目标偏移。基于此,以激励理论和委托代理理论中的合作共赢模型为依据提出了相关建议。The evolution of student evaluation system has already pleased the pure relationship between teaching and learning.Based on the principal-agent theory of'principal-agent-customer'model,this paper analyzes the relationship between the three stakeholders in the field of sports professional education,and uses interview method,field investigation method,logic analysis and other research methods to sort out the causal relationship between the scores of sports professional technical evaluation and students'final grades,and further investigate the specific reasons.The characteristics of the difference pattern lead to the'rising'of sports teaching and the'moral hazard'in the multi-level principal-agent relationship,resulting in the deviation of the target of students'evaluation of teaching interests.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward based on the win-win cooperation model in incentive theory and principal-agent theory.
