摘　　要：目的调查不同疾病老年患者对“网约护士”的态度与需求,为政府卫生部门制定“网约护士”管理政策提供依据。方法于2021年5-6月,采用自制问卷和便利抽样法,调查重庆市南岸区4家医院住院老年患者1494例,分析不同疾病老年患者对“网约护士”的态度和需求。结果患有肿瘤、肺部疾病、慢性伤口感染的老年患者对“网约护士”的态度更积极,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);老年患者对“网约护士”的选择呈一致性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同疾病老年患者对于“网约护士”的关注点呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论政府卫生部门可支持“网约护士”的发展,搭建三级医院联合社区医院的“网约护士”服务平台,满足不同疾病老年患者的居家延续健康服务需求。Objective To investigate the attitudes and needs of elderly patients with different diseases towards“online nurses”,and provide a basis for government health departments to formulate“online nurses”management policies.Methods From May to June 2021,a self-made questionnaire and convenience sampling method were used to investigate 1494 elderly patients in 4 hospitals in Nan′an District of Chongqing,and to analyze the attitudes and needs of elderly patients with different diseases towards“online appointment nurses”.Results Elderly patients with tumors,lung diseases,and chronic wound infections had more positive attitudes toward“online appointment nurses”,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Elderly patients′choices of“online appointment nurses”were consistent,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the focus of“online appointment nurses”among elderly patients with different diseases(P<0.01).Conclusion Government health departments can support the development of“online appointment nurses”and build a service platform for“online appointment nurses”between tertiary hospitals and community hospitals to meet the needs of home-based extended health services for elderly patients with different diseases.
