摘  要:通过目标绩效及流程管理制定CT/MRI运营优化方案:开展CT/MRI超额工作绩效考核,设立超额工作绩效考核指标。包括项目单价、人员单价、工作日基础任务量;合理分配资源,细化预约时间段,做好检查前准备,调整设备检查项目。方案实施后,CT/MRI工作量(工作日+节假日)分别增加19.0%和11.5%,患者候诊时间和术前等待时间分别缩短15 min.和0.46 d,检查时准备完好率由89.0%提升至96.7%,误诊率、废片率下降,患者满意度提升。该方案可提升医学影像科工作效率,为公立医院提质增效提供参考。Through target-performance and process management,the CT/MRI operation optimization scheme was developed.The CT/MRI excess work performance assessment was carried out,and excess work performance assessment indicators were set,including project unit price,staff unit price and basic tasks on working days.Resources were reasonably allocated,the appointment period was specified,preparations were made before the check,and equipment check items were adjusted.After the implementation of the scheme,CT/MRI workload(working days plus holidays) increased by 19.0% and 11.5%,patients’ waiting time and preoperative waiting time were shortened by 15min and 0.46d,respectively,the completion rate of examination preparation increased from 89% to 96.7%,misdiagnosis rate and waste film rate decreased,and patient satisfaction increased.This scheme can improve the work efficiency of medical imaging department,and provide reference for public hospitals to improve quality and efficiency.
