《黄帝内经》“平人”概念解析及其对健康评估的意义

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》提出了“平人”的概念,代表人体的健康态,特指人的阴阳平衡,是《黄帝内经》健康思想的总纲。应四时、俱往来、不结动、相守司和必相称是书中衡量“平人”的客观标准;“平人”“阴平阳秘,精神乃治”意为属于营卫之气的精气和属于血的神气得到控制。“平人”主要指人体内在阴阳的平衡,特别是五脏、五脏和六腑、阴经与阳经的平衡。依据平人健康思想,从阴阳平衡的角度评估人的健康状态,通过脉象、皮肤的寒温与滑涩等客观指标的测量,对阴经与阳经、上下经脉、深浅经脉的气的平衡进行计算,可知人体是否处于健康态。In Huang Di Nei Jing,the concept of"Ping Ren"was put forward for the first time,which represents the health state of the human body,especially the balance of Yin and Yang of human beings.It is the general outline of the health thought in Huang Di Nei Jing.The pulse condition,the Yin and Yang as well as the Cold and Heat,and the flesh and blood are the important criteria in the book to measure the balance of people;for people to be balanced,"Yin and Yang are balanced and the spirit is governed"means that the Essence Qi,which means the Ying Qi and Wei Qi,and the spirit Qi,which is close related to the condition of the blood,are under control.Ping Ren mainly refers to the balance of Yin and Yang in the human body,especially the balance among the Five Zang organs,the Five Zang organs and the Six Fu organs,as well as the Yin and Yang meridians.According to the idea of Pingren′s healt",evaluate people′s health status from the perspective of yin-yang balance,and calculate the balance of Qi between yin and yang meridians,upper and lower meridians,and deep and shallow meridians through the measurement of objective indicators such as pulse condition,cold temperature and smoothness of skin,so as to know whether the human body is in a healthy state.
