从“凡十一脏取决于胆”论治胃食管反流病

摘　　要：“凡十一脏取决于胆”理论出自《黄帝内经》,是对胆在人体生命活动中重要地位的高度概括。胆胃相关,主要表现在五行制衡、经络关系、气机升降等方面。胆胃不和、胃气上逆是胃食管反流病的重要病机;胆胃同病、脏腑失调是该病的发病基础。治疗胃食管反流病应针对气机壅塞、脏腑郁热、身心不和等病机特点,以利胆和胃、调理脏腑为治则核心,运用利胆疏肝,理气和胃;清胆健脾,化湿和胃;安胆宁心,养神和胃等方法,以求中州斡旋。The theory that"all eleven viscera depending on Gallbladder"comes from Huang Di Nei Jing,which is a high-level summary of the important position of gallbladder in human life activities.The relationship between the Gallbladder and the Stomach is mainly manifested in the balance of the Five Elements,the relationship between the meridians and the collaterals,and the rise and fall of the Qi movement.Disharmony between the Gallbladder and Stomach and the reversed stomach Qi are the important pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The dysfunction of Gallbladder and Stomach and disorder of viscera are the pathogenesis basis of the disease.The treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease should focus on the pathogenesis characteristics such as Qi obstruction,Heat stagnation in viscera as well as physical and mental disharmony.It should be done that taking promoting the gallbladder to harmony Stomach as well as regulating the internal organs as the core of the treatment principle,by using methods such as clearing the Heat of the gallbladder and soothing the Liver,regulating Qi and the Stomach,Clearing the gallbladder and strengthening the Spleen,removing Dampness;calming the Gallbladder and Heart,nourishing the mind,to harmony the Stomach and to achieve healthy condition of it.
