分配公正:中国政治研究的新范式

摘　　要：政治哲学和政治科学是政治学研究的两条基本路径,两条路径分别从理论基础和现实维度两个方面丰富着政治学知识。关于中国政治及其具体问题的研究,政治学学者也主要从政治哲学和政治科学两条路径展开,发展出阶级分析、党史研究、宪法研究、民主研究、国家治理、农村研究、民族政治研究、台港澳研究等八种研究范式,其发展过程呈现出不断适应新现实新需求的趋势。改革开放以来,中国人民在中国共产党的领导下创造出规模庞大的共同财富,对这些共同财富及其他公共资源进行分配已经成为中国政治研究的核心议题之一。因此,分配公正研究理应成为中国政治研究的新范式。以分配公正为范式的中国政治研究,能够以其丰富的理论资源和积极的价值取向,为解决城乡差异、教育公平、医疗资源分配、人口与环境等重大问题提供新视角。Political philosophy and political science are two basic paths of political research.The research of these two paths enriches the knowledge of politics from theoretical and practical dimensions respectively.Political scientists also start from two paths of political philosophy and political science,and develop eight research paradigms,including class analysis,party history research,constitutional research,democracy research,national governance,rural research,ethnic politics research,and Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao research.The development process shows a trend of constantly adapting to new realities and new needs.Since the reform and opening up,Chinese people have created a huge amount of wealth.The distribution of these common wealth and other public resources has become one of the core issues of China’s political research.Therefore,the study of distributive justice should become a new paradigm of Chinese political research.With its rich theoretical resources and positive value orientation,it can solve such major problems as urban-rural differences,educational equity,medical resource distribution,population decline and environmental deterioration.
