摘　　要：目的研究并探讨额部带蒂扩张皮瓣修复鼻部恶性肿瘤切除后缺损的手术方法、流程和治疗效果,并分析其应用价值。方法选取我科自2012年9月~2019年12月期间收治的8例因切除恶性肿瘤后致鼻部缺损的患者作为研究对象,对患者切除肿瘤、额部皮肤扩张、扩张皮瓣修复鼻部缺损、鼻再造。结果所有患者肿瘤无复发、无转移,对鼻外形满意。结论在手术根治性切除外鼻恶性肿瘤的基础上,额部带蒂扩张皮瓣转移修复肿瘤切除后的鼻缺损是一种较好的手术方法。应得到推广和利用。Objective To observe the clinical application of expand pedicle forehead flap in repairing nasal defection after malignant tumor resection.Methods From Sep 2012 to Dec 2019,8 cases in our department who had nasal defects after malignant tumor resection were enrolled in our study.Operation procedure included tumor resection,expanding forehead skin,reconstruction of nasal defection with expand pedicle forehead flap and whole nasal reconstruction.Results All the patients were satisfied with their nasal appearance.There were no tumor metastasis and recurrence in 8 cases.Conclusion The expand pedicle forehead flap can be used safely and effectively in repairing nasal defection after malignant tumor resection.
