柴胡龙牡汤治疗精神分裂症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症采取柴胡龙牡汤施治发挥的效果。方法选取该院2020年8月—2021年8月收治的124例精神分裂症患者为研究对象展开研究,将其随机均等划分为观察组和对照组,各62例,其中对照组实施常规西药施治,观察组同时采用柴胡龙牡汤施治,对比两组总有效率、治疗前后的简明神经病评定量表(BPRS)评分以及治疗后2、4、6周的副反应量表(TESS)评分。结果观察组总有效率(96.78%)高于对照组(66.13%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.270,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BPRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BPRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的BPRS评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后2、4、6周的TESS(总评A、总评B)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用柴胡龙牡汤对精神分裂症患者施治,可改善患者病症状况,提升疗效,且能够减少不良反应,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Longmu Decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 124 patients with schizophrenia teed to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects for the study.They were randomly and equally divided into an observation group and a control group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Longmu Decoction at the same time.The total effective rate,Brief Neuropathy Rating Scale(BPRS)scores before and after treatment,and Side Effects Scale(TESS)scores at 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(96.78%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(66.13%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.270,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the BPRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the BPRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TESS(total A,B)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chaihu Longmu Decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can improve the patient's condition,improve the curative effect,and reduce side effects.It has high safety.
