高校修缮工程管理探析

摘　　要：高校修缮工程管理是高校管理的重要的组成部分。本文介绍高校修缮工程管理及其原则,从高校修缮工程管理中存在缺乏专业人员、制度建设不够、施工队伍层次不齐、修缮工程计划性缺乏、工程量界定难等问题出发,尝试提出从提高专业人员素质、规范制度建设、强化施工队伍选择、提高修缮工程计划性、科学界定工程量等方面提出应对策略。The management of renovation projects in colleges and universities is an important part of college management.This paper introduces the management of renovation projects in colleges and universities and its principles.Starting from the problems of lack of professionals,insufficient system construction,uneven construction team levels,lack of planning for renovation projects,and difficulty in defining engineering quantities in the management of renovation projects in colleges and universities,it tries to propose ways to improve professionalism.Coping strategies are put forward in terms of personnel quality,standardizing system construction,strengthening the selection of construction teams,improving the planning of repair projects,and scientifically defining engineering quantities.
