摘　　要：明清晋商崛起和发展走的是开放之路,靠的是汇通天下、货通天下、足迹遍天下的开拓进取精神。晋商以诚实守信的经营理念、精细管理的规章制度和经世济民的创业精神谱写了中国商业史五百年的辉煌,并为新时代传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化、实现全方位高质量发展留下一笔宝贵丰厚的商业文化遗产。进入新时代,面临百年未有之大变局,要坚决贯彻习近平总书记三次视察山西的重要讲话精神,按照“两个结合”指示,大力弘扬晋商的开放精神,不断提高全省领导干部的开放意识、开放本领和兴晋富民的能力,落实好山西省第十二次党代会提出的全方位高质量发展的目标,为实现共同富裕而努力。The rise and development of Jin merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties took the road of opening up,relying on the pioneering and enterprising spirit of connecting the world,goods trading and footprints all over the world.They have written the 500 years of Chinese commercial history with the concept of honest management,delicacy management and regulation,and the pioneering spirit of being good at economy and benefiting the people,and have left a valuable and rich commercial cultural heritage for inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the new era and realizing all-round high-quality development.Entered the new era,facing the stupendous changing,we will resolutely implement three times important inspection speech spirit of the xi general secretary in Shanxi,follow the instructions of the“two combinations”,vigorously carry forward the open spirit of Jin merchants,constantly improve the open consciousness and ability of leading cadres to enrich the people of Shanxi,well implement the full range of high quality development goals of the 12th Party Congress of Shanxi Province,striving for implementation of common prosperity.
