中国当代民办教育发展史上丁祖诒多重教育理念的首创之功探析

摘　　要：丁祖诒先生被誉为“中国当代民办教育的拓荒者,杰出的教育家”。这其中的重要根由之一便是在他致力于民办西安翻译学院的建设、发展历程中所倡导并倾力践行的多重先进教育理念。丁祖诒的多重教育理念顺应时代要求,契合民办教育发展实际,不只具有显著的独特性、先进性,更多的则还有一定的首创性、引领性,无论对西安翻译学院自身还是对民办高教乃至中国高教的建设、发展都产生了积极影响。本文在对其多重教育理念之中择要选取七个大的方面,探讨其首创之功,以资借鉴,启迪发展。Mr.Ding Zuyi is reputed as“a pioneer and educator in contemporary Chinese private education”,considerably due to his commitment to educational concepts in the construction and development of Xi’an Fanyi University.Mr.Ding founded Xi’an Fanyi University and had advocated and practiced a series of innovative educational concepts.This paper discusses Mr.Ding’s pioneering educational concepts from seven aspects to explore his great contribution to higher education,and attempts to have positive inspiration and referential significance to the followers in innovation and development of non-governmental education.
