摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌患者的疗效及对留置尿管时间影响进行分析。方法选取2018年6月至2019年10月间四川省会理市人民医院收治的120例膀胱癌患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,治疗组患者采用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子、术后并发症和留置尿管时间。结果治疗后,治疗组血清炎性因子指标肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6和C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效为96.7%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后并发症发生率为0.0%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组留置尿管时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌患者,可显著提升临床疗效,改善血清炎性因子指标,减少术后并发症,缩短留置尿管时间,适合临床借鉴。Objective To discuss the efficacy of holmium laser transurethral resection of bladder tumors in the treatment of bladder cancer and its effect on the length of indwelling catheter stay.Methods A total of 120 bladder cancer patients were selected at Huili People’s Hospital from June 2018 to October 2019.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 60 patients in each group.The treatment group underwent holmium laser transurethral resection of bladder tumors and the control group underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumors.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,postoperative complications and the length of indwelling catheter stay were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the serum inflammatory factor indexes tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The clinical efficacy was 96.7%in the treatment group which was higher than 83.3%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 0.0%in the observation group than 16.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The length of indwelling catheter stay was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser bladder transurethral resection of bladder tumors in the treatment of bladder cancer can significantly enhance clinical efficacy,improve serum inflammatory factors,reduce postoperative complications,and shorten length of indwelling catheter stay.It deserves clinical reference.
