摘　　要：通过对近10年的大学生与校方教育民事诉讼案件司法裁判文书进行总体研究,并对典型教育民事诉讼案件进行实证分析,深入了解和掌握教育民事诉讼案件所涉及的大学生与校方教育民事纠纷,紧盯加快教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意教育的目标,提出教育民事纠纷防范建议,对建设和谐平安校园、促进高等职业教育和非职业教育、推动高校内涵式发展具有十分重要的现实意义。Based on the overall research on judicial judgment documents of educational civil litigation cases of students and universities in 10 years, this study made an empirical analysis of typical cases, commanded an in-depth understanding of the education civil disputes between students and universities. This study also focused on the goals of speeding up the modernization of education, building a strong country in education, and running people-satisfying education. Suggestions are given on the prevention of civil disputes in education. The study is of realistic significance for the building of harmonious and safe campuses, promoting higher vocational and non-vocational education, and facilitating the connotative development of colleges and universities.
