摘 要:教师的幸福感,不仅影响着教师自身的生活质量和专业发展,而且也影响着学生未来的发展以及高校的可持续发展。近年来,高校师资队伍中女教师的人数和比例在加速上升,她们担负着教书、育人、科研的重任,同时面临着传统的社会性别观念、家庭角色冲突、职场激烈竞争等多重压力。研究者采用量化测试和深度访谈的方法研究发现:研究对象中大部分高校女教师幸福感一般,影响她们幸福感的不仅有人口统计学因素,还有来自外部的环境以及主观因素中“自我的获得感”。外部环境涉及婚姻家庭及其职业幸福感,其中职业幸福感主要受教学、科研、薪酬及其组织支持的影响,内外因素交相作用,影响着高校女教师的总体生活满意度。真正带来幸福感的是观念的改变、积极情绪的调整及投入事件的意义。Teachers’ well-being not only affects their own quality of life and professional development, but also affects the future development of students, and the sustainable development of colleges and universities. In recent years, the number and proportion of female teachers in colleges and universities are accelerating. They shoulder the important tasks of teaching, educating and scientific researching. Meanwhile, they are facing multiple pressures including traditional gender concepts, the conflicts of family role, and fierce competition in workplace. The research results of both quantitative tests and in-depth interviews show that most female teachers of colleges and universities in the research have average happiness, and the factors affecting their happiness come from demographic features, the external environment as well as self-acquisition. The external environment involves the well-being of family and career. The professional well-being is mainly affected by teaching, scientific research, salary and organizational support. The interaction of internal and external factors have effects on the overall life satisfaction of female teachers in colleges and universities. What really brings happiness is to change of ideas, adjust of positive emotions and the significance of investing in events.
