摘　　要：自媒体时代的到来使得互联网中的信息量激增,网络谣言、虚假消息、恶意炒作及肆意传播等问题频频发生。在2021年召开的网络诚信大会上,马凌教授提到“网络谣言治理是构建社会诚信体系的题中要义,要让网络谣言治理成为一剂‘信任疫苗’”。因此,如何正确引导和治理网络谣言,净化网络舆情环境面临着不小的压力。本文以自媒体时代为背景,从网络舆情的现状出发,分析网络舆情环境存在的问题,尝试为重要突发公共事件中网络舆情的引导与解决提供有效的治理方案。Since the advent of the self-media age,the amount of information on Internet has proliferated,and the problems such as online rumors,false news,malicious speculation and wanton dissemination occur frequently.At the Internet Integrity Conference held in 2021,Professor Ma Ling mentioned that"Internet rumor governance is the key to the construction of social integrity system,so we should treat the Internet rumor governance as a’trust vaccine’.".Therefore,there is extreme pressure to guide and govern correctly the network rumor in order to purify the network public opinions environment.Based on the background of the self-media age and the current situation of the network public opinions,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the network public opinions environment,and tries to provide an effective governance scheme for the guidance and solution of the network public opinions in the important public emergences.
