小组形式开展作业疗法治疗学龄前脑瘫儿童的疗效探讨

摘  要:目的探讨对学龄前脑瘫儿童给予小组形式作业疗法治疗后获得临床效果。方法随机选取2021年1—7月收治的20例学龄前脑瘫儿童进行治疗研究,随机分为参照组(采用传统一对一作业疗法展开脑瘫疾病治疗)和研究组(采用2人一组作业疗法展开脑瘫疾病治疗),各10例;比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、儿童生存质量测定量表(PedsQL)评分、精细运动功能评估量表(FMFM)评分以及日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组社交表现(23.86±1.62)分、生理反应(21.56±5.25)分、情感表现(48.11±5.15)分以及PedsQL总分(36.02±5.93)分同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.095、0.216、0.564、0.037,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组社交表现(30.05±2.22)分、生理反应(30.05±2.22)分、情感表现(55.65±3.15)分以及PedsQL总分(42.71±5.05)分均高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.016、3.510、2.460、2.271,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组FMFM评分(23.49±1.52)分以及ADL评分(30.25±0.59)分同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.043、0.147,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组FMFM评分(52.85±5.28)分以及ADL评分(49.85±5.49)分均高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.697、3.630,P<0.05)。结论小组形式作业疗法有效应用后,观察治疗总有效率、PedsQL评分、FMFM评分以及ADL评分,可见改善程度显著,可促进学龄前脑瘫儿童总体预后水平显著提升。Objective To explore the clinical effects of group occupational therapy for preschool children with cerebral palsy.Methods Ramdomly selected 20 preschool children with cerebral palsy admitted from January to July 2021 for treatment research,and randomly divided them into a reference group(traditional one-to-one occupational therapy for cerebral palsy disease treatment)and a study group(using 2-person occupational therapy to treat cerebral palsy),with 10 cases in each group;compared the total effective rate of treatment,the child quality of life measurement scale(PedsQL)score,the fine motor function assessment scale(FMFM)score,and the ability of daily living assessment scale(ADL)score between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(90.00%)was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05);before treatment,the study group's social performance(23.86±1.62)points and physiological response(21.56±5.25)points,emotional performance(48.11±5.15)points and PedsQL total score(36.02±5.93)points were compared with the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.095,0.216,0.564,0.037,P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of social performance(30.05±2.22)points,physiological response(30.05±2.22)points,emotional performance(55.65±3.15)points and PedsQL total score(42.71±5.05)points of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.016,3.510,2.460,2.271,P<0.05);before treatment,the study group's FMFM score(23.49±the degree of improvement is significant,which can promote a significant improvement in the overall prognosis of preschool children with cerebral palsy.
