摘 要:渭南市中心西片区档案馆位于高烈度区,主要功能为密集柜书库,存在最大层间位移角不满足规范要求以及框架梁柱配筋过大的问题。采用混合减震技术,设置屈曲约束支撑和黏滞阻尼器以提供抗侧刚度,减小地震作用,使最大层间位移角满足了规范要求,并有效减小框架梁柱配筋。对混合减震结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的时程分析,结果表明:多遇地震作用下,混合减震技术使主体结构最大层间位移角减小了28%,基底剪力减小了5%,典型柱配筋减少了约40%,减震效果明显;设防地震作用下,结构最大层间位移角小于1/250,性能水准基本处于轻微损伤阶段;罕遇地震作用下,结构弹塑性最大层间位移角为1/96,性能水准处于中等损坏~重度损坏之间,没有构件发生严重损坏,说明屈曲约束支撑与黏滞阻尼器的共同耗能有效改善了主体结构的塑性损伤,减震效果良好。Weinan Central West District Archives main function is a dense cabinet library which located in a high-intensity area. There are problems that the maximum story displacement does not meet the specification requirements and the reinforcement of frame beams and columns is too large. Mix-dissipation technology was adopted, buckling-restrained braces(BRB) and viscous fluid dampers(VFD) were set to provide lateral stiffness and reduce seismic action in order to make the maximum story displacement meet the specification requirements and effectively reduce the reinforcement of frame beams and columns. The seismic time history analysis under the frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake of mix-dissipation structure was carried out. The results show that: under frequent earthquake, maximum story displacement has reduced 28% and the bottom shear force has reduced 5%, typical column reinforcement has reduced 40%;under fortification earthquake, the maximum story displacement is less than 1/250, the seismic performance level is basically in the stage of slight damage;under rare earthquake, the maximum elastic-plastic story displacement is 1/96, the seismic performance level is between medium damage and serious damage, and no member is seriously damaged. It shows that the joint energy dissipation of BRB and VFD can reduce the plastic damage of the main structure effectively, and the damping effect is good.
