筋膜放松法在健身健美运动中的作用

摘  要:在全民健身的大背景下,人们对于自身健康的追求越发强烈,然而大多数人在锻炼过程中只注重力量性等训练,忽略了更为重要的放松训练。该文采用文献分析等方法,对筋膜放松法在健身健美运动中产生的作用展开研究和分析。研究认为,在众多的常规放松方法中,筋膜放松法是其他放松方法不可比拟的,通过对浅筋膜、深筋膜、肌肉、韧带等结缔组织的机械松解,能达到放松恢复、降低肌肉与周围组织的黏滞性、缓解运动疲劳、加速机体恢复、提高运动表现的作用。In the context of national fitness,people are increasingly pursuing their own health.However,most people only pay attention to strength training and physical training while ignoring relaxation training,which is equally important.Using the methods of literature analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the role of fascia relaxation in fitness and bodybuilding.The research shows that among many conventional relaxation methods,fascia relaxation method is unmatched by other relaxation methods.Through the mechanical relaxation of connective tissues such as superficial fascia,deep fascia,muscle and ligament,it can achieve the purpose of relaxation and recovery,reduce the viscosity between muscle and surrounding tissues,alleviate exercise fatigue,accelerate body recovery and improve exercise performance.
