摘　　要：新时代,课程思政建设已经成为新时代教育教学改革的重中之重,探索各类课程与思想政治同向同行已经成为新时代人才培养的重要举措。健美操在育人方面具有独特的作用。基于此,该文阐述了课程思政的含义以及高校健美操与课程思政的充要性,分析了高校健美操课程思政教学现状,从挖掘健美操中的课程思政元素、推动课程思政融入健美操课堂的教学建设、提升体育教师的课程思政建设能力、完善健美操课程思政建设的评价机制四个方面提出高校健美操课程思政建设的实施措施,为相关研究提供有价值的参考。In the new era,the construction of curriculum ideological and political has become the top priority of education and teaching reform in the new era.Exploring the same direction of all kinds of courses and ideological and political education has become an important measure of talent training in the new era,and aerobics plays a unique role in educating people.Based on this,this paper expounds the meaning of curriculum ideological and political and the sufficiency of college Aerobics and curriculum ideological politics,analyzes the current situation of college Aerobics curriculum ideological and political education,from excavating the elements of curriculum ideological and political education in aerobics,promoting the teaching construction of curriculum ideological and political education into aerobics classroom,improving the ability of curriculum ideological and political construction of physical education teachers,improving the evaluation mechanism of Ideological and political construction of aerobics courses,and put forward the implementation measures of ideological and political construction of aerobics courses in colleges and universities from four aspects,to provide valuable reference for relevant research.
