摘　　要：随着我国高职教育的发展和改革的深入,地方高职院校的发展也进入了一个全新时期,为促进地方高职院校毕业生就业科学管理,保证毕业生高质量就业,如何在稳定就业的基础上提高就业质量是地方高职院校毕业生的内在需求,也是高职院校提升办学吸引力以及服务社会经济发展的重要体现。该文就如何借助计算机网络和移动互联网络开发出相应的就业管理软件,进行了初步探索。With the deepening of the development and reform of higher vocational education in China,the development of local higher vocational colleges has also entered a new period.In order to promote the scientific management of local higher vocational college graduates'employment and ensure the high-quality employment of graduates,how to improve the employment quality on the basis of stable employment is not only the internal demand of local higher vocational college graduates,but also an important embodiment of higher vocational colleges to improve the attractiveness of running schools and serve the social and economic development.This paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to develop the corresponding employment management software with the help of computer network and mobile Internet.
