摘　　要：高校实验室安全文化建设是实验室安全体系建设的重要组成部分,在实验室安全体系建设期间应不断加强安全管理体系建设,将师生的各种行为进一步规划,这样能够促使师生具备一定的安全性意识,从而形成师生安全自律观念,确保实验室安全稳定运行。实验室建设水平代表着单位的科学发展水平,实验室建设为学科建设和发展提供强有力的支撑,该文在论述实验室建设管理作用的基础上,提出了实验室建设和管理中存在的问题及对策,充分发挥实验室规模优势,加强实验室队伍建设,合理设计实验室设施,改善实验室状况。College laboratory safety culture construction is an important part of laboratory safety system construction.During the construction of laboratory safety system,we should constantly strengthen the construction of safety management system and further plan the various behaviors of teachers and students,which can promote teachers and students to have a certain sense of safety,so as to form the concept of safety self-discipline of teachers and students and ensure the safe and stable operation of the laboratory.The level of laboratory construction represents the scientific development level of the unit.Laboratory construction provides strong support for subject construction and development.Based on the discussion of the role of laboratory construction and management,this paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures existing in laboratory construction and management,gives full play to the advantages of laboratory scale,strengthens the construction of laboratory team,reasonably designs laboratory facilities and improves laboratory conditions.
