摘 要:创业是一个国家发展的重要驱动力,而创业意愿则是预测创业行为的最佳指标,高等院校培养大学生的创业意愿,无论对大学生自身还是对整个国家,都有着重要的作用。该文在全国范围内以接受过创业教育的在校大学生为研究对象,通过调研共收集8106份有效问卷,探究创业教育满意度、创业实践经历以及创业意愿的作用机制。结果表明:创业教育满意度、创业实践经历以及创业意愿在性别上存在显著差异;创业教育满意度对创业意愿具有显著的正向影响,但影响作用较小;创业实践经历在创业教育满意度和创业意愿之间起显著的完全中介作用。在此基础上,探讨高校创业教育的一些困境,提出完善我国高校创业教育体系的提升策略。Entrepreneurship is an important driver of a country’s development,and entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor of entrepreneurial behavior.The cultivation of entrepreneurial intention among college students in higher education institutions plays an important role both for the college students themselves and for the whole country.A total of 8,106 valid questionnaires were collected through a nationwide study of college students who have received entrepreneurship education to explore the mechanisms of entrepreneurship education satisfaction,entrepreneurial practice experience,and entrepreneurial intention.The results show that there are significant differences in entrepreneurship education satisfaction,entrepreneurship practice experience and entrepreneurial intention by gender;entrepreneurship education satisfaction has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention,but the effect is small;entrepreneurship practice experience plays a significant and complete mediating role between entrepreneurship education satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention.On this basis,the paper discusses some of the dilemmas of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,provides a clear strategies for improving the entrepreneurial education system in Chinese colleges.
